CarPort Car Wash Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms
By subscribing to CarPort’s waterless car wash service (the “Service”), you (the “Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement governs your subscription with CarPort (the “Company”) and your use of the Service.
2. Subscription & Payment
  • Subscription Plan: CarPort operates on a monthly subscription model. The Customer agrees to pay the subscription fee upfront each month, as per the selected plan.
  • Payment: The subscription fee is billed automatically on the first day of each month via the payment method provided. Payment failure may result in suspension or cancellation of the Service.
  • Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for unused services.
3. Service Description
CarPort provides waterless car wash services for vehicles parked at specified locations. Services will be performed based on the selected subscription package, covering the number of washes agreed upon each month.
4. Customer Responsibilities
  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location at the scheduled time of service.
  • The Customer must ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle. CarPort is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property left inside the vehicle.
5. Limitation of Liability
  • CarPort provides its services with reasonable care but does not accept liability for any damage to the Customer’s vehicle. By subscribing, the Customer agrees that CarPort shall not be held responsible for any vehicle damage, including but not limited to paint scratches, mechanical issues, or any other form of damage, whether existing or arising during or after the Service.
  • CarPort is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, such as parking access restrictions or weather conditions.
6. Service Changes & Availability
  • CarPort reserves the right to modify the subscription plan or Service at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • The availability of the Service may vary depending on the parking location, vehicle type, or other conditions. If service cannot be rendered due to such conditions, CarPort will notify the Customer in advance.
7. Termination
CarPort reserves the right to terminate a Customer’s subscription without notice in cases of misuse of the Service, failure to meet payment obligations, or if the Customer violates these Terms & Conditions.
8. Privacy
CarPort handles all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
